Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy – SparkCurves

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced. Please read the following terms carefully before engaging in any contract or service agreement with SparkCurves.

General Policy (Applies to All Services)

  • No refunds will be issued once project execution has begun, including but not limited to research, planning, strategy development, or any form of digital implementation.
  • Clients are free to cancel services at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle if the agreement is terminated mid-month.
  • A written cancellation notice must be submitted via email or text message. While upcoming billing will be discontinued after cancellation, no partial refunds will be issued for any remaining time.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the client fails to follow SparkCurves’ professional recommendations and best practices (such as white-hat SEO strategies, content revisions, keyword placement, or technical SEO improvements).
  • No refund will be processed if the client engages another SEO or digital marketing agency during the active contract period, or undertakes SEO efforts independently or through another party.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the client:
    • Does not provide necessary website access (e.g., CMS, hosting, analytics, or admin credentials).
    • Has a website that is inactive, broken, or non-functional during the optimization process.

SEO Services

  • SEO campaigns are long-term and require consistent execution. As such, SEO services are non-refundable once the work begins.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the client fails to:
    • Follow SparkCurves’ white-hat recommendations.
    • Provide required backend or analytics access.
    • Maintain a functional website for optimization.
  • No refund will be approved if the client hires another SEO agency or applies unauthorized changes during the contract period.

Web Design & Development

  • After approval of website layout/design mockups or once development has started, no refund will be processed.
  • If a project is inactive or paused by the client for 30 days or more, SparkCurves reserves the right to close the project without a refund.
  • Any additional revisions beyond the approved scope may incur extra charges.

Graphic Designing

  • Graphic design services (logos, branding, packaging, banners, etc.) are creative and custom-tailored. Refunds will not be issued once the initial concept is shared or design work has begun.
  • Revisions are included as per the agreed package, but no refund is available for unused revisions or dissatisfaction after approval.

Social Media Marketing

  • Due to the dynamic nature of social media platforms, monthly social media management or content creation services are non-refundable.
  • Early termination will stop upcoming invoices, but no pro-rata refunds will be provided for remaining days in the current cycle.
  • The client must provide timely access to social media accounts and required brand assets.

Google Ads / Meta Ads / PPC Campaigns

  • Paid ads involve platform billing, strategy, testing, and daily monitoring. As such, ad management fees are non-refundable once campaigns go live.
  • SparkCurves is not responsible for platform billing or click fraud, and refunds will not be issued for ad spend or management charges already incurred.
  • Clients are required to provide campaign objectives, target audience info, and product/service clarity upfront.

Affiliate Marketing & Influencer Outreach

  • Due to the coordination with third-party partners and influencers, these services are non-refundable once outreach begins.
  • Refunds will not be approved if the client fails to provide product info, landing pages, or tracking links on time.

Google Business Profile Optimization

  • GBP optimization includes listing audits, updates, and local SEO actions. Refunds are not available once any edits, posts, or optimizations have been made.
  • Clients must provide full access to their Google Business Profile and business data.

E-Commerce Account Management (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Daraz, etc.)

  • Product listing, order management, and PPC within eCommerce accounts involve platform-specific execution. Once initiated, these services are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the client restricts access to seller dashboards or makes parallel changes without SparkCurves’ consultation.

Event-Based or Promotional Offers

  • All special promotional offers, limited-time discounts, and event-based services are final and non-cancellable unless specified otherwise.
  • A 30-day advance written notice is required to cancel such services (if allowed).

Inactive Projects / Non-Responsive Clients

  • If a project remains inactive for more than 30 consecutive days due to client-side delays or unresponsiveness, SparkCurves reserves the right to terminate the project with no refund or credit.
  • Reactivation of such projects may require a restart fee or revised timeline.

How to Cancel a Service

To request a service cancellation, email us at info@sparkcurves.com with your full name, service details, and reason for cancellation. All notices must be submitted at least 15 days before your next billing cycle.
